What does THIS have to do with Ultimate To DO week? Well, I'll tell you.
GOAL: Go to a Starbucks Drive Through and Pay for the Order of the Car Behind Me
As I headed over, I got so excited. I began to imagine how much fun it would be to pull up to the window and be told that my drink was paid for already. What a treat to give that gift to someone else! When this lovely lady pulled up behind me I started to get ALL nervous. Seriously, there were genuine butterflies in my tummy. Suddenly I stopped and realized, what if she was on an errand to pick up coffee for the whole office? Or what if she was doing early Christmas shopping and picking up SEVERAL bags of coffee for each of her 25 cousins? This little goal could get super expensive!!! EEEEEEKKKK.
Look!! There's the woman waiting in her car behind me!!
I spent the next few minutes waiting for my pumpkin spicy goodness and convincing myself that it's only money and the excitement she would feel would be worth any price.
When I pulled up to the window I paid for my drink, her SINGLE drink and drove away fully excited once again!
Alright, so it turns out that crossing this item off the list didn't make for the most titillating blog post. But I'm here to tell you that it was a terrifically fun experience that I'll probably do again soon!!
