A Chicago dog is a steam simmered all beef (though many spots offer vegan alternatives too) hot dog on a steamed poppy seed bun. It is then dressed with yellow mustard, white onion, blindingly neon-green pickle relish, tomato slices, spicy pickled sport-peppers, and a dill pickle spear. Last but not least, it's finished off with a sprinkle of celery salt.
